| Clean Up – Keeping your home

to us. We build dust partitions, remove debris and sweep
up daily. |

| Completion Punchlist – When
we are substantially complete with your job, the Lead
Carpenter reviews the job with you and lists any items
yet to complete. If an item is damaged or special order
has not arrived, you can hold 200% of the cost of that
item until it is installed. You do not pay in full until
the project is completely done! |

| Warranty – We warranty our
workmanship for (1) year and supply you with all of
the necessary manufacturer’s warranties. |

| Insurance – We carry General
Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation
for our employees, and require our Subcontractors to
