In this case, on the first floor of this home, we removed a wall, a closet and widened an opening resulting in a flowing open floorplan. The kitchen was completely overhauled with new custom cabinets, granite counters, white glass tile backsplash & a stainless sink. The half bath on this floor was also remodeled and new luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed to unify the entire first floor.
