Kitchen/Family Room

By utilizing TECI's design build process, our client's home underwent a dramatic transformation. A support beam was installed allowing the removal of the wall that separated the the dining room from the living room. In addition, we removed the wall between the dining room to the kitchen and widened the door opening to the entry area creating an open feel to the three spaces. We installed new custom birch cabinetry, Cambria quartz counters, a Blanco sink, recessed lighting & double wall ovens in the reformatted kitchen. The recessed nook in the eating area was updated to match the kitchen. In the living room, the wood on the walls and bookcases were removed & the fireplace was refaced. The new bookcase opens to reveal a hidden storage area. New luxury vinyl flooring was installed to create a cohesive look throughout the updated living spaces.
