Open Concept Living at its Best

The main living area of this home was completely transformed. TECI removed the walls separating the dining room & kitchen from the family room creating an open concept living area. The kitchen was completely reimagined. The previous dining area of the kitchen was incorporated into the body of the kitchen allowing a generous amount of birch custom cabinetry to surround the space. The large island and cabinets were topped with exotic granite. New engineered hardwood flooring was chosen to unify the entire area. A secret Murphy bookcase door installed in the family room leads to a back office.
